For us, being a neo-campesino also means building a life around the territory, learning from what we have and finding new ways to develop a life project in the countryside.

Part of our dream is also to build a family and create a life around this place.
Over time, we want the farm to have more animals and more activities connected to countryside life, making Las Montañas del Edén an increasingly lively place.
A garden and a project that can sustain itself over time
Another one of our dreams is to have our own vegetable garden and gradually move toward greater self-sufficiency at Las Montañas del Edén.
We also want to be able to transform some of the products generated on the farm, giving them greater value and creating better opportunities for commercialization.
